This website is supplemented by a leaflet which has been distributed to local residents, councillors and other key stakeholders, which summarises the proposals and directs them to this website and the consultation email address below.

 

This online consultation will run between Friday 27th March and Friday 10th April, however we will continue to review comments received up until submission.

Next Steps

 

Following this public consultation, we will review the feedback and feed this into the design development process with a view to submitting an Outline Planning Application by May 2026.

 

Once the application has been submitted and registered, the Council will undertake their own statutory consultation process, so there will be further opportunities for you to make comments directly to the Council across Summer 2026

 

Beyond that, we expect the application to be determined by Autumn 2026, with a Reserved Matters application to follow in 2027, with a view to delivery commencing on site in Spring 2028.
